By providing legislative representation – OSTA continues to provide services that are very important to the state seed industry.
It is well-known and highly respected throughout our state’s legislative circles and regulatory entities and is an effective voice in dealing with pending legislation that could affect our industry. At the federal level, our association has a close working relationship with our congressional delegation and provides input whenever necessary.

Food and Drug Administration, Environmental Protection Agency, Occupational Safety and Health Administration, Wage and Hour Department, Labor Department, Health Department and other government agencies.
